Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Rates calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Rates calculated at checkout
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): Rates calculated at checkout
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over a qualifying amount. Check our website for current promotions.
International Shipping At this time, we ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package through our website or the carrier's website.
Shipping Delays Rev Society is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at contact@revsociety.store. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Rev Society is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
